Lucian was born December 2nd, 1998 in Barlad. He was transferred from the maternity ward to Tutova Hospital where he lived until June 27th, 2002. He is now living with his foster family in Barlad.

Lucian is a very energetic boy, who likes to go on walks every day. He likes to play with animals (he has a dog, a cat, and kittens), and he loves to drive cars. (He actually started the family car on the day he arrived in their family!) Lucian is very attached to his new family. He really likes his new teenage brother who dresses Lucian in modern clothing and spikes Lucian’s hair.

Lucian started attending kindergarten in September, 2002, and has done very well with the new experience. He is a smart boy and can repeat words or actions quickly. He is a very curious child and wants to learn about everything.
