Loredana was born on November 14th, 2001. She lived in Barlad Children’s Hospital until August 15th, 2002 when she was placed in foster care. She didn’t have a birth certificate then, but our social workers have done the necessary work and she now has one.

Loredana is very attached to her foster mother and foster sister. The foster mother also has a grandson, Alexandru. He is 4 years old and the two children play together very well.

Loredana is a sweet girl and is quite serious. When she first meets somebody, she is very reserved. However, after 15-20 minutes, she warms up and once she is comfortable, will laugh heartily. She also loves music and dancing.

Loredana is a beauty with her dark hair, stunning eyes, and long eyelashes. People have commented that she looks like a baby that should be in a magazine. She is learning to talk and saying new words each day.
