Liliana, 3, was born June 4th, 2000, in Negresti Maternity. In August of that summer, she was brought to Tutova Hospial where she stayed until March, 2002. At that time, she was placed with a loving foster family in Barlad.

In the spring of 2003, Bridge of Love conducted abandonment proceedings for Liliana, and the judge was able to declare Lili abandoned so that she can now be adopted. A family in the United States is working to get Lili to America to join them.

Liliana attends speech therapy classes at Cristi’s School, and is doing very well with her speaking. Lili will also be starting to attend preschool this fall.
