Cornel was born on November 2, 1999 in Barlad. He lived his first year in Barlad Children’s Hospital, and then was transferred to an orphanage in Barlad. On July 11, 2001, Bridge of Love placed Cornel with a foster family in the town. Cornel immediately attached to his new foster mother and loves her very much. His natural mother now comes and visits him for one hour every two weeks.

Cornel started attending kindergarten in September, 2003. He goes with other children in his neighborhood. Cornel likes to ride his bike and to take care of his dog. He feeds the dog, bathes him, and takes him on walks. Cornel likes to dance and to eat cakes. He also likes to be clean all the time.
