Catalin turned one year old on July 31st, 2003. He lives in a foster home with a mother, father and older brother. This family had fostered another abandoned child, Ciprian, who has since been adopted by a family in France.

Catalin’s natural mother has another child who is two years old. He looks like Catalin. The natural mother said it is not possible for her to take care of Catalin, but she would like to visit him once every two weeks.

Catalin is walking around the furniture. He loves to be on the move. He enjoys playing with his older foster brother.
